Pick / Pack Lists

One list of everything that needs to physically move before load-in.

What's on the list

The Pick List tab groups a project's items into what still needs to happen physically:

  • Pull from inventory — Owned items not yet claimed and staged.
  • Rentals to collect — Rental items that are Ordered or Shipped.
  • Purchases to receive — Purchase items that are Ordered or Shipped.
  • On hand — already Received or Installed, so you can see what's already staged, not just what's outstanding.
  • Missing — anything Needed, Proposed, or Approved but not yet acted on, regardless of mode.

Within each group, items are further grouped by category, so a pull list reads the way a truck actually gets packed.

Something already received but somehow missing from Inventory shows an Add to Inventory button right on its row in the On hand group — no separate trip to fix it.

Why it's separate from the spreadsheet

The spreadsheet is built for editing — every column, every field. The pick list strips that away to just what a person physically doing the pull or the pack needs to see, using data the project already has (nothing new to enter).
