Quick Start
Sign in, create a project, and get your first requirement onto a buying sheet.
Sign in with Google or GitHub from the sign-in screen. A personal workspace is created automatically the first time you sign in — there's nothing to configure first.
The Free plan gives you one public project to try the whole workflow, no card required. Add a paid plan later without moving anything.
Start a project
- 1From the dashboard, choose New Project.
- 2Give it a name and pick its visibility — Free workspaces get Public or Unlisted; a paid plan adds Private.
- 3You land in the project's Overview. The left-hand tabs (Flow, Routing, Spreadsheet, Buying, Docs, Pick List, Activity) are the different lenses on the same project.
Add your first item
Every requirement in a project traces back to a catalog item in your Library. Open the Spreadsheet view and add a row, then either pick an existing library item or create one on the fly.
Pasting a product URL when creating a library item auto-fills the vendor name and, for most retail pages (Amazon included), a thumbnail — see the Library & Kits guide.
Where to next
- Library & Kits — build a reusable catalog instead of one-off items per project.
- Projects & the Buying Sheet — statuses, acquisition modes, and the Buying view.
- Experience Flow and Routing — diagram the guest journey and the signal wiring.
- Tasks — track the work itself, assign it, and see what's on you across every project.
